If you do not have health insurance, our financial counseling staff will assist you to identify government or private programs that may assist you.  If you are eligible for a government sponsored health program, we will work directly with you to help you through the application process.  If you qualify, these programs can provide both access to healthcare and other vital social services for you and your family

If you are uninsured and do not qualify for a government sponsored insurance program, you may be eligible for free or discounted services depending on your income level and circumstances through the CHW Payment Assistance Program.
