TrinityCare's comprehensive staff of clinicians provides services throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Our wide range of services enable us to meet the individual needs of our clients in the comfort of their own homes or residential settings.
TrinityCare accepts all types of payment sources, including: Medicare (including part D), Medi-Cal, CCS, most commercial insurance carriers, and private pay. The authorization process can be lengthy for some payment sources but our experienced intake staff would be happy to assist you.

At TrinityCare, we firmly believe that an excellent clinical and caregiver staff is the foundation of quality care, Each employee undergoes a rigorous screening process, including references, drug tests, and background checks. Our employees are bonded, insured, and closely supervised. TrinityCare supports the continued growth of our clinical and caregiver team through regular feedback, evaluations, and professional development.

Accessing Care
TrinityCare staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept self-referrals, in addition to referrals made by physicians, case managers, discharge planners, or family members.
