Our San Juan care center is a three-story building located on the campus of our affiliate, Mercy San Juan Medical Center, offering a wide array of services under one roof. San Juan offers on-site Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Health Resource Center and a café. There are several Primary Care Physicians, including Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and many specialty physicians, including Neurology, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and more. This location also offers patient care management services including a Coumadin Clinic and Diabetes Care Team.
