Morgan Clayton

President, Tel-Tec, Inc.

Morgan Clayton is the President/Founder of Tel-Tec Security Systems, Inc. which provides security services to 37 cities in California. Mr. Clayton is a member of many local civic, social, governmental and business-related agencies and has extensive expertise in business, finance, planning, community service and philanthropy. His service extends from preschoolers to senior citizens. He is a Rotarian, a member of the Young President’s Organization, and works to create collaboration and blend diverse cultures in his efforts.

Mr. Clayton has taken a leadership role in the community on community benefit efforts and has received multiple awards, including the 2005 Cal State University of Bakersfield President’s Medal, California State Senate – Outstanding Service to Community, African American Network of Kern County Business Award, Minority Service Person of the Year, Kern County Department of Human Services Director’s Award for Excellence, Black American Political Association of California for Outstanding Community Development.

Morgan serves on the boards of CHW/Bakersfield (Chair), Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, Kern County Network for Children, Bakersfield College Foundation (Chair), and Mendiburu Magic Foundation. He has also served on the boards of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, Kern County Economic Corporation, Bakersfield College Alumni Association as well as the Bakersfield Californian Editorial Board.
