Since 1964, Jarrett Anderson has been a private practitioner primarily engaged in litigation with the law offices of Melby & Anderson LLP.  He has served on the Board of Trustees for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Library, and has been a member of the Advisory Committee on the State Bar of California on Continuing Legal Education.  He has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court. 

In addition to being a member of the Catholic Healthcare West Board of Directors, Mr. Anderson has served on numerous boards and committees in his community, including the Board of Directors of the Y.M.C.A and the Board of Directors of Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center.  An avid athlete, Mr. Anderson has completed seven marathons and for over twenty years was a volunteer fitness director for the Glendale Y.M.C.A.

Mr. Anderson graduated from Utah State University in 1958 and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Southern California School of Law.  He also served his country as an officer in the Unites States Army from 1961 to 1964, and was named Man of the Year by the Glendale Chamber of Commerce in 1995.
