Peter G. Hanelt, CPA

Peter Hanelt has served as CEO, COO and CFO for numerous consumer goods companies with manufacturing, importing, wholesaling and retailing operations.  He has extensive experience in public and private companies as a board director who meets the qualifications for a designated financial expert under new SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Mr. Hanelt has a proven international business record in achieving outstanding financial results within both entrepreneurial and corporate environments in difficult turnaround and restructuring situations.  He is a high-level, strategic planning and results-oriented executive with demonstrated negotiating, sales, advertising, financial, operations, distribution, human resources and information technology skills supplemented by significant CPA and publicly traded company SEC experience. He has served in executive leadership roles with Good Guys in Alameda, California; Natural Wonders in Fremont, California; Regent Pacific in New York, New York, and San Jose California; Esprit de Corps in San Francisco, California; Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, California; Post Tool, Inc. in Oakland, California; and Manetti-Farrow, Inc. in Oakland, California.

Mr. Hanelt holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley and a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

A retired Colonel, he served four years of overseas active duty in the U.S. Army and, as a reserve officer, served 18 years as a senior logistician providing logistical direction for reserve medical units in four states.
