Corporate Members
The Corporate Members represent the top level of our governance structure. They are a group of women religious representing each of the Sponsoring Congregations who, in conjunction with the Board of Directors and management, safeguard the legacy and traditions of all hospitals operated by CHW.

Sheila Browne, RSM
is a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas West Midwest Community and previously served as President of the Sisters of Mercy Auburn Regional Community. Sister Sheila also ministered as an elementary school teacher and administrator, and served on numerous boards and committees.

Judy Carle, RSM
is currently serving in the field of education at Mercy High School in San Francisco, following a lifelong career of service that has included leadership positions with the Sisters of Mercy Burlingame Regional Community, the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and Mercy Housing.

Lillian Anne Healy, CCVI
is currently the Congregational Leader of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word of Houston, Texas. Prior to her leadership roles with the congregation, Sister Lillian Anne has served in chaplaincy, spiritual care and counseling positions at hospitals in Texas and Oklahoma.

Maureen McInerney, OP
is Prioress General of the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael, California. Prior to her leadership role with the congregation, Sr. Maureen served as Vice President of Sponsorship and Mission at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada.

Patricia Rayburn, OSF
is the CHW Corporate Members Vice Chair and is the First Councilor of the Sisters of St. Francis of Penance and Christian Charity in Redwood City, California. Sr. Patricia previously served on the leadership team for her community from l985-1993 and 1997-2001.

Judy Rimbey, OP
is the CHW Corporate Members Chair and is General Councilor-Administrator of the Adrian Dominican Sisters, following a ten-year career with CHW. At CHW she served in the Internal Audit department, as Manager of Community Grants and Investments, and as the Director of Community Benefit Initiatives.
