Providing high quality, compassionate, affordable health care is what we do. And we do it well. But we know there are other people, organizations, and corporations that do other things well—and better than we do. Together, we can do so much more than we can do on our own.
In fact, it is inherent in our mission to partner with others to promote the broader health of the community. In 2007, for example, CHW forged a partnership with Solucient, LLC in developing our highly effective Community Need Index, which identifies disparities in health care access for every zip code in the U.S. This successful partnership created a valuable tool that has helped us guide the development of community benefit programming, health initiatives, and the allocation of resources.
