What is Mission Integration?
Mission Integration is the processes, programs and relationships that express the spirit of our organization. Our deep commitment and sense of purpose is rooted in the values and traditions of the organization. Mission is the responsibility of every person in the organization and is guided by our Standards for Mission Integration.

Our Standards help us assess, at our hospitals and system level, how our values are lived out in the day-to-day operations of our organization. Catholic Healthcare West and each facility establishes and supports an overall mission integration process based on the annual plan, and reports the organization's progress in the Annual Mission Integration Report.
