The CHW Standards for Mission Integration provide us with a program to identify, measure and improve the ways in which the mission of our health care ministry is carried out.

Local Indicators are actions or behaviors by a CHW hospital that show how the Standard for Mission is lived day to day in the work of healing, with co-workers, patients and families. These indicators are ways that the Standards are integrated into the work of each hospital.

System Indicators are actions or behaviors by the CHW Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, Religious Sponsors or System office workers that help assure that the systems and structures are in place to meet the Standard for Mission. System Indicators are a means of accountability on the part of leaders at CHW.
